The idea of dining out is good ambience, good service, competitive prices and of course good food. Kilwa Dreams offers you all that and much more…….a personal touch from the owners!

Sit down for a meal at the Kilwa Dreams’ Bamboo Bar and Restaurant and pretty soon you will be eating everything out of the menu. Yes, it is that good! With a wide variety of Seafood, Fish, meat, and vegetables, the grilled pork is to die for. Peter and Gladys who run the place personally do succulent mouth watering juicy steaks.

The food, drink and the whole experience are worth a howl. The Bar and Restaurant has a much laid back, relaxing, kick-off-your-shoes and curl up kind of atmosphere. Its sombre lighting and cozy décor gently eases out your day’s tensions as you enjoy the cool breeze and beautiful surrounding.

Stressless
On my visit, the place was deserted but the friendly staff made sure that my stay there was worth the visit. The service was quick and commendable. There was no set menu as the place is a new establishment but I got what I asked for and much more. The meal freshly prepared on order was served like a small buffet much to my delight. There was a selection of grilled steaks, vegetables, salads, seafood, and fish with fried rice for accompaniment. I sampled every single item on the table and drowned it all with a glass of cold red wine.

Kilwa Dreams is set amidst a beautiful coconut groove right on the beach. Overlooking the ocean, it is a beautiful holiday spot for all those who would like to spend their vocation in the tranquillity of nature.

The coconut and palm trees surrounding the property add to the splendour of this exquisite holidayer’s paradise. The rooms are well furnished and have an elegant traditional look.

Most serene and conducive environment for self-exploration, spacious rooms to unwind stress, subtle colouring and natural light to uplift the mood, an expansive ocean view to broaden the mind are some of the outstanding aspects of their accommodations.
